You Deserve a Therapist Who Is Only Focused on You

At traditional PT clinics throughout Las Vegas, therapists routinely manage 3–4 patients simultaneously. At STRIVE, you receive 100% of your therapist's time, skill, and attention — every minute of every session. That's not just more comfortable. It's fundamentally better medicine.

STRIVE Physical Therapy · Las Vegas
True 1-on-1 Dedicated Care
+
One patient at a time. Your therapist gives you complete, undivided attention for the entire session — no exceptions, no aides in the middle.
+
Focused on neuro & vestibular PT. Every intervention is evidence-based and tailored to your specific diagnosis and recovery goals.
+
Treatment in your actual environment. We see you in your Las Vegas home — where you live, move, and recover — leading to more functional, lasting results.
+
Same provider, every visit. Consistent care from a provider who knows your full history, your progress, and your goals.
+
Flexible scheduling throughout Las Vegas valley — evenings and weekends available to fit your life.
Traditional PT Clinics
Divided Attention, Generic Care
Therapists juggle 3–4 patients at once — your PT is constantly leaving to supervise other patients during your session.
Much of your session is time with a PT aide or doing unsupervised exercises — not with the therapist you came to see.
Cookie-cutter protocols applied to complex neurological and vestibular conditions that require highly individualized care to be effective.
Crowded, noisy gym floors — a difficult environment for patients managing dizziness, balance disorders, or neurological symptoms.
Frequent provider rotation means re-explaining your history at every visit with no true continuity of care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a doctor's referral to start PT in Nevada?+
In Nevada, physical therapists can evaluate and treat patients without a physician referral (direct access) for most conditions. For our current cash-pay in-home services, no referral is needed — you can book directly through JaneApp or contact us.
Where in Las Vegas do you provide in-home therapy?+
We serve patients throughout the greater Las Vegas valley including Skye Canyon, Centennial Hills, Summerlin and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
How is STRIVE PT different from a home health agency?+
Home health PT is typically for homebound patients requiring basic functional support. STRIVE PT is for patients seeking higher-intensity neurological and vestibular care in their home — whether they're homebound or simply prefer the privacy and convenience. We provide a level of focused, dedicated clinical care uncommon in traditional home health.
What do CSRS and CBIS certifications mean?+
CSRS (Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist) and CBIS (Certified Brain Injury Specialist) are rigorous national certifications that demonstrate advanced knowledge and clinical competency in neurological rehabilitation. Very few physical therapists in Las Vegas hold these credentials.
Can BPPV be treated in one visit?+
BPPV often responds dramatically to canalith repositioning maneuvers such as the Epley maneuver — many patients experience significant or complete symptom relief in their first session. The number of visits depends on the specific type of BPPV and individual factors assessed during your evaluation.
When will your Las Vegas outpatient clinic open?+
We are actively working toward opening a physical Las Vegas clinic location. We will soon be accepting Medicare Part B. Use the contact form below to join our notification list and we will reach out as soon as the clinic is ready.
How long are sessions and how often will I be seen?+
Initial evaluations are 60–75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes. Frequency depends on your diagnosis and goals, which we establish together at evaluation. Because every session is 1-on-1, every minute is active, high-quality treatment time — not time spent waiting or working with an aide.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?+
Yes — physical therapy is an eligible HSA/FSA expense. We also provide detailed superbills (itemized receipts with diagnosis and procedure codes) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan's benefits.
